The hot tub was a great bonus and the children loved using it, especially in the dark. the master bedroom was spacious and easily fit our travel cot with plenty of room to spare. the welcome hamper on arrival was such a lovely touch and really set the tone for our stay. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our holiday.

The facilities at the nearby location were not worth the money in our opinion, so we wouldn't recommend the passes. They were quite expensive for what you got.

The site, once finished, will be lovely. The caravan is beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean. Hot tub is wonderful. Lots of places to visit nearby, including Tattershall Castle. Easy travel into Lincoln to see the castle and cathedral. Lots of opportunities and lovely pubs nearby.
